"I will start by saying that you shouldn't expect this place to have high quality food. However, for the price, this is the best Chinese place in town that's open after 9pm. If you ever get hungry at night and want to grab a late night bite, this is the best place in town hands down.
People who wrote bad reviews need to realize that this place is a CAFE and DOES NOT ADVERTISE ITSELF AS A RESTAURANT. Obviously the food will not "match your high expectations". Once you realize that this place serves CHEAP Chinese FAST FOOD you will appreciate it more.

Secret tip: If you want to create your own dinner for two with a light eater; I ordered a General Tao with an extra of meat (about 4$ as seen in picture), my regular rice converted into noodles (3$), an extra bol of rice (2$)"
